What the hell is "Pete's Shelf" and why is there no "Carrie's Shelf"???

I think the reason is pretty obvious.
Carrie can't read. Sad, but true.
(Because Carrie hasn't gone to Shelfari and made a shelf, clearly)
If he were really your friend, Pete would send you an invitation.
If he were really my friend, he'd let me be able to mess with the settings on the blog. Harumpfh.

(I didn't know you couldn't. I don't know how to turn that setting on. Or else I would.)
1. Go to My Home.
2. About halfway down, your most recently active friends are listed. Above and to the right of those names is a link called invite a friend. Click invite a friend.
3. Do NOT click on any of the four links under Select Your Address Book. Those result in your entire address book being spammed.
4. A little below the Select Your Address Book there's a box with text that you can copy into an e-mail and just below that there's a grayed link that says 'or click here and we will send the e-mails for you'. Click that link.
5. Enter Carrie's e-mail address and name in the appropriate fields.
6. Click Send Invites.
